Delivery

We deliver across Ghana. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive in 2–4 working days. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

• Accra: delivered within 1–3 working days.
• Rest of Ghana: 2–4 working days.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout, based on your location.
• Free delivery on qualifying orders — the threshold is shown at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your AFH pieces. If something isn't right, you can request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.

• Message us on Instagram @arntfrmhere or email us to start a return.
• Return delivery is arranged with you directly.
• Sale items and accessories may be final sale — this will be noted on the product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Exchanges are dispatched as soon as the returned item reaches us.
